Marketing Specialist

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Advise on, develop and execute digital, print and direct marketing, promotions and communications strategies

· Control Media representation including Social Media, Print Media, and special events

· Design and oversee the preparation of digital and direct marketing materials including booklets, newsletters, posters, business cards, and merchandise

· Create workshop and presentation materials for promotion-related purposes

· Act as a spokesman and represent company  at various promotional, public and private events

· Design and maintain the company's Web content and overall representation in the Web

· Perform extensive marketing research to determine target audience and their interests

· Constantly evaluate the company's position in the market and keep the marketing strategy aligned with the market's needs

· Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns

· Collect, process and prepare materials for communication and advertising

· Advise management on advertisement and sales promotion strategies

Experience / Education Requirements:

· College diploma;

· Some experience in a related industry is in an asset;

· Ability to communicate in English fluently;

· Punctual, organized, attention to detail
